Noodle with braised beef .
So there is no way to find out what is the most authentic way to make this,everyone does it differently,and this is how I like it.

To: rachelxuan 這是我喜愛的做法啊,牛腱整條的燜,到最後才切得厚厚的,看起來也整齊一點。
To: MangoPudding 謝謝,其實我比較喜歡清燉的,但在家用大量牛骨做湯不太實際,紅燒的話,用罐頭雞湯加燜牛肉的汁料便成,味道也可接受,當然比不上在餐廳吃的。
