Sugar syrup: Mix water with sugar in the pot on the stove. After 2 min. add rum and butter and stir until butter is completely melted.

In a bigger bowl mix biscuits and walnuts. Add Nutella and orange juice. Add sugar syrup and mix well. Form balls.

Decoration: With fine coconut powder. With cacao powder after they are cooked in the fridge. You can add whole roasted almond or roasted hazelnut inside of the ball or on top.
During ball forming if it becomes dry you can add a little bit of orange juice or rum.
Store in the fridge.
Put into ball paper cups and keep in the fridge until serving.
