わー!Salted egg croissants!? I've never heard it. Salted egg yolks are used for it? I'll google it. In Japan, 塩パン became so popular and 塩パン seems to became standard. I think it won't be long before salted egg croissant land in Japan!

Yes, the filling is made with salted egg yolks. Too many places making this, I think the trend will die off soon. Yes the idea is originally from Urban Bakery in HK.
Better than Shibuya toast, which actually isn't sold here and this style of cafe food has already out of date here 😁.
