Flour: 180 g Courgette: 1 Chemical yeast: 1 sachet Eggs: 2 Milk: 10 cl Olive oil: 5 cl Pine nuts: 100 g 1/ Preheat oven to th 6 (180 ° C). Wash and cut diced zucchini. 2/ In a salad bowl, beat the eggs, then add the flour and yeast. Mix and pour the warm milk and olive oil. 3/ When the dough is homogeneous, salt and pepper, then add zucchini and pine nuts. Divide into silicone muffin molds and bake for 30 min. You can also add in or replace Zucchini by any vegetables you like and some other seed or herbs as your taste. I did add some Sunflowers seeds and some Flax Seeds and some Garlic shallots and Thyme as herbs. And some goat cheese on the top before eat it. BON APPÉTIT. !!!!!
