Mushroom risotto with red wine

May be a little boring to post a mushroom risotto,but I bought back some Parmesan cheese and dried porcini from Italy,after some consideration,I still thought this would be the best to make.The red wine is cooked down into a glaze,hope this would make it more interesting.

I love 雑炊,but there is something special about risottos,those cheese and butter coating the rice is just hard to resist!
There are some important points for making it,but once you understand the logic,you will nail it every time!
This one I just cook the rice in stock like usual,the red wine is a reduction actually(made beforehand),just drizzle on before serving.You could add red wine in the beginning,but I like this more!
