材料・調味料 (6 人分)
Chickpeas
300g
Garlic, minced
5cloves
Onion, finely chopped

Parsley, Coriander, minced

Baking soda

Baking powder

Cumin

Dry coriander

Salt
1tsp
Turmeric
1tsp
Garlic sour cream:
Fresh cream
200ml
Lemon juice
1pc
Garlic
1clove
Salt
作り方

Leave the chickpeas soak for 24hours, drain and grind them.

With onion and add other ingredients, combine it throughly. If it looks dry, add some water.

Make into desire shape. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Fry in deep until golden brown.

Serve with bread and vegetables as sandwiches with garlic sour cream and pickles. Mint leaves are very good.

Garlic sour cream:
Mix all ingredients by mixer.
