材料・調味料 (serve 2-3)
Basmati rice
2 cups
prawns
200gms
garlic
10 cloves
onion
1 med chop
capsicum
1/2 chop
green chilli
2 tble spn
oil
2 tblspn
dark soy sauce
1 teaspn
vinegar
1teaspn
salt to taste
black pepper powder
1 teaspn
turmeric

Cook Basmati Rice, but dont add spices. Set aside. You can even cook the rice the day before and store it in fridge and use the next day for best results.

Take Prawns in a bowl. Add turmeric and salt mix well. Set aside. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add in the prawns and cook them for 3 to 4 mins till they are curled and cooked. Remove it and set aside.

In the same pan, add onions, garlic, green chillies and capsicum. Saute for 2 min.
Now add in soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and black pepper powder and add the cooked prawns and toss well. Add in the rice and fry for 2 mins. Now toss again and serve hot.
ポイント

•For perfect fried rice the rice should be fluffy. So you can cook rice the day before and make fried rice the next day.
•Dont over cook the prawns else they will turn rubbery.
•You can add soy, vinegar and pepper as per your taste.
