Focaccia al rosmarino e olive;)

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Flour
450g
Sugar
10g
Salt
10g
Instant yeast
5g
Water
250g
Sliced black olive
50g
Olive oil
12g
Rosemary
1 bunch
作り方

Chop very fine the olive and rosemary.

Mix the flour, oil, salt, sugar, yeast and Rosemary and olives.

Add the water and start mix until you get a dough and keep for a couple hours in a bowl.

With a rolling pin start to roll and put in a baking container and keep until it raise.

Once it raise sprinkle with olive oil and bake for 15min. at 220 degree.
