Ewa Agoyin (Cooked Beans stew) with fried Plantain

材料・調味料 (2 Serving)
Raw Beans
2 cups
Ripe Plantain
2 bunch
Chilli pepper
Tomato
1
Onions

salt
1/2 tsp
Maggie
1/2tsp
palmoil
3 Bspoon
groundnut oil
5 Bspoon
Water
作り方

Pour in your water into your cooking pot till it hot. Wash your beans and pour it inside the hot water. Add some salt to taste. Allow it cook for one hour. By then the water would have dry up and the beans will be very soft. Then it's ready to eat.

For The Ata(Beans stew)
Pour your palmoil inside a frying pan for two minutes. Turn of the cooker for it to cool.
Clean tomato, chilli peppers and onions in water, cut into small pieces then blend the surface(i.e not too smooth). Turn back the cooker

Pour in your blended pepper into the hot oil. Add some salt, Maggi and any other thing you want inside for a nice taste. Allow it cook for ten to twelve minutes. Your stew is ready.

For the Plantain
Put a clean frying pan on the cooker. Pour in some groundnut oil. Remove the layer of the plantain and cut into small pieces. add little salt. Pour it inside the hot oil. Allow it fry until it golden brown. Pack it out from the oil.
