In a bigger bowl mix eggs, and then add corn grits, flour, salt, baking powder, yogurt, oil and sparkling water. Mix until even. Sprinkle muffin tray with little bit of oil ( or use paper cups) and pour the dough into it (not till the top but till 2/3).

Cut ham, bacon, cheese and pickles into small cubes and add in every muffin cup and mix it with tooth stick or knife. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Preheat the oven to 220C. Bake for 25-30 min. Serve warm.
