Mozzarella-Baked Risotto

Arborio rice
1/2 cup
Onion

Cremini mushroom
1 cup chopped
White Wine
1/4 cup
Chicken stock
1 cup
Water
1/4 cup
Heavy cream
2 tbsp
Parmesan cheese
As you like
Parsley
4 tbsp
Shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup
作り方

Heat olive oil in a pan, saute mushroom, onion, salt until onion translucent

Put in arborio rice, stir until coated with the fat

Pour wine and wait until the liquid has absorbed

Pour chicken stock 1/2 cup each addition until the rice is cooked
5
Pour in heavy cream, parmesan, black pepper, and salt
6
Put into ramekins and broil until the cheese melt
