Smoked sausages, potatoes, broccoli & cauliflower topped with cheese.

作り方

Skin potatoes and wrap them in clingfilm, depending on the size of the potatoes microwave them for 5-15 minutes.

Wash and cut cauliflower and broccoli into smaller florets and wrap them in clingfilm.
Microwave broccoli for 5minute and the cauliflower for 10minutes.

Slice onions and caramelise in olive oil on low heat.

Add sausages to the onion and fry till golden.

Add the cooked broccoli and cauliflower to the onion and sausages and add salt, black pepper and some powdered chicken bullion or konsome to your taste.

Cut potatoes to bite sizes and add it to the mix.

Mix everything for couple of minutes off the heat and then pour it into a large buttered oven safe dish or few smaller size dishes.

Cover everything with cheese and sprinkle some panko or breadcrumbs over it.

Put everything in a preheated oven (250°C) until the top cheese melts and becomes golden.

As all ingredients are pre cooked the time in oven is of no concern and depends on the size of the oven dish used.
ポイント

You can add breadcrumbs and cheese within the mix while you are transferring it to the oven dish. You can also add some herbs into the mix at the last mixing step. The herbs depend on your taste for example you can use rosemary and thyme and of course many others. Before serving, cover the dish and let it rest.
