Romi's プレセント奴(tofu with XO sauce and meat sauce)

Thank you Romi for providing me a lovely idea for XO sauce.
I was never crazy about spicy sauce,but when I gave her a bottle of XO sauce,this was one of the dishes she made with it,and she completely sold me,she probably knows tofu and minced meat dishes are my favorites.I just had to get myself a b

bottle of XO sauce and recreated this,needless to say it is super delicious for me.
This dish,with the beautiful presentation,chive ribbon wrapping up the tofu like a present,will always stuck in my mind and has a special place in my heart!

It's an excellent idea!Usually XO sauce does nothing for me,it's sometimes too spicy,but when pair with meat sauce and tofu,it becomes my favorite thing,thanks to Romi,I could never forget the beautiful ribbon with chive too,this is one of the most meaningful dish for me!Please try too if you have X
