Boiled potatoes

Slat

Garam Masala
1tsp
Chili powder
1/2tsp
Ginger finely choppe
1tsp
Green chili
1pc
Basen chickpea flour
1cup
Turmeric
1/2tsp
Little water
Oil to fry
作り方

Boiled potatoes cut into small pieces. Finely chopped green chili and ginger.

In a bowl, put boiled potatoes and add salt, garam masala, ginger, turmeric, and make a run ball and keep aside.

In a different bowl, add basen and turmeric mask a thick pact using water little by little. Make thick dough.

Dip your potato balls into the batter and fry on medium till golden brown.(3-5min)
