Meatloaf

材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Ground Round
2 lbs
Onion
1, diced
Breadcrumbs of your choice, I use panko
11/2 cup
Parmesan cheese
1 cup
Garlic powder
2 tbsp
Black pepper
2 tbsp
Garlic clove
1 large, minced
Ranch dressing packet, dry
1 pouch
Ketchup
3/4 cup, separated
Bbq sauce
1/2 cup
Brown sugar
1/4 cup
Sliced bacon
1 Lb

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine ground round, onion, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, ranch packet, pepper, garlic powder and garlic clove in a large mixing bowl. Once well worked through, add the egg and 1/4 cup of the ketchup. Use hands to work through until well mixed.

Shape the meatloaf and place into a small baking pan. Cover the meatloaf with strips of raw bacon. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of cooking time, combine remaining 1/2 cup of ketchup with bbq sauce and brown sugar and bring to a boil on the stove, stiring constantly. Remove from heat and set aside.

Turn your oven to broil. Remove meatloaf and stick in the broiler for 3-5 minutes, until bacon reaches desired crispness.

Allow meatloaf to rest for at least 5 minutes to allow for juices to redistribute.

Slice your meatloaf and plate. Drizzle bbq sauce topping over each slice. Enjoy!
