レシピ
材料・調味料 (3 人分)
Chicken leg meat
2~3 pc
Grated garlic
5~6 cloves
Salt, msg and pepper
Chopped basil leaf
2 to 3 tbsp optional
Chopped parsley
1 tsp
Chopped celery
1 tsp
Butter
3 to 4 tbs
作り方

Rub the chicken with salt, pepper, msg and garlic for 2 to 3 min.

Add the parsley, basil and celery, mix throuly.

Cover and refrigirate for overnight.

Spread the butter into a pan, put the chicken and bake for 20 min. on each side ( in a total of 40 min. ) or until the chicken turns to golden brown.
ポイント

You can add a slice/juice of lemon when you marinate or after baking the chicken if you desired.
