National dish from Taiwan. Traditionally one cup of rice wine,one cup of soy sauce and one cup of sesame oil,of course I have to tone it down a bit,but still delicious!
Yes Makiko,one cup each to braise the chicken with,that's how it was done traditionally,nowadays the amounts are usually adjusted.Very straight forward cooking and it taste really good.Basil is essential! It's a well known Taiwanese dish,don't miss it when you go there!
