Just a summer variation to the usual 担々麺.
BTW,this is the Chinese celery I forgot to put on my 口水雞 last time!

What kind of noodle u used for this?

用黑芝麻的感覺上比較香,平常用白芝麻來做,今次也想特別一點,至於冷的豆漿擔擔麵,不知國內有沒有這道菜,我是看過日本人做才試試的,實在是好主意!菜湯放了豆漿必定很美味!謝謝resnap!

Mari San,I really like your 冷たい豆乳トマトうどん,so I want to try another cold noodle made with 豆乳.The black stuff on the noodle is black sesame meat sauce made with 豚ひき肉,ねぎ,ニンニク,生薑,醬油,酒,砂糖,練り黑ごま,ごま油.Just something different.I am happy you like this,thanks for resnap too!

What kind of noodle u used?
Apple San,黑芝蔴感覺上比較香,但我覺得品質好的話,白芝麻也不錯,冷吃的豆乳擔擔面反而對我們香港人是比較罕見的,我看過日本人做過,覺得非常有趣,便試試看,我也十分喜愛!還有,下週會到台北數天,終於有機會試試你推薦的胡椒餅了!
