classical popovers 🍯

butter, melted
1 tbsp
milk
300ml
flour
175g
egg

作り方

Grease a muffin tray and preheat the oven at 200 degrees.

Mix flour, salt, egg, melted butter and milk until the batter has a consist abc like whipped heavy cream.

Place in each muffin tin a small piece of butter. Heat the tray for about 2 minutes until the butter starts to show bubbles on the surface.

Fill each tin half full with batter and bake for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes at 200 degrees change the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes. Don't open the oven!
ポイント

Serve right out of the oven with butter and marmalade. Enjoy!
