Grilled pork belly with green onion sauce,at the back is cabbage and apple salad with honey mustard sauce.(キャベツとリンゴのサラダ、ハニーマスタードドレッシング)
You need more green onion. Not enough!! LoL

To: miya0724 so sorry Miya San,got home too late last night and I couldn't find the original recipe this morning,you see I rarely work with measurements these days,I just taste and adjust,here is how I do it,should not be too difficult for you.Simply chop white negi,add some mince garlic,salt,ごまand
To: miya0724 black pepper,mix together in a stainless steel bowl.Heat up some cooking oil until very hot,pour the hot oil into the negi mixture,the negi will sizzle(this makes the sauce extra aromatic,but be careful!),leave this to cool,add ごま油.Now you could use this for grilled meat or tofu,but f

I wanna eat it right now! In Malaysia we can't have any pork because of religion, there are many Muslim people, u know, I can buy only chicken and few beef.

To: yukanakata33 that's right,bat kut teh,very famous dish made with Chinese herb medicine,I love it,my Malaysian friends used to make this for me,I was going to make one soon since I haven't had this for so long.Well,at least you get to have an authentic 肉骨茶!
