Stock: 1) soak clam in water for 1 hr. 2) blanch cubed pork belly in hot water 3) blanch chicken bone in hot water for 1 min 4) boil big pot of water 5) once boil, put in chicken bone and rinsed prawn head & shell for 1 hr on medium heat 6) after 1 hr, remove chicken bone and shell, discard 7)Put in pork belly and cook till cooked and remove and put aside 8) put in clam and cook until all clam open and remove, put aside 9)put in plucked kang kong and cook till soft and remove, put aside 10) put prawn, cooked and remove put aside 11) put rock sugar to taste

Assemble: 1)Boil and cooked yellow noodle. 2) put cooked noodle in serving bowl and put in stock 3) assemble prawn, fish cake, pork belly, clam and kang kong
