No need to say I love this dish a lot,you know it,ham and fruit!The first time I see this combination is from Japanese,I thought it's great alternative from melon and fig,especially with best quality persimmon from Japan!Nice job you have done,simplicity and great sense!Love those picks too!
Btw,what's your favorite kind of persimmon?Yukari recommended a dark flesh one that I love,but I couldn't remember the name....

I got many persimmons from my ancle's garden, so I don't know what kind of persimmon. But popular one is ＇富有柿＇(Fuyugaki) or ＇次郎柿＇(Jirogaki) around here.
