Original chicken grill and original duck steamed beer

Duck without head and ass

Beer
2 cans
Ginger
2 and half teaspoon
Shallots
2tsp
Sugar
1/4 cup or more
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Rice wine
1/2 litter

Clean duck carefully with water

Wash duck with rice wine to avoid the smell of duck and clean up with water carefully

Boiling water in big pot ( enough for 1 duck) about 80*c, add about 1 teaspoon of ginger. Wait for hot water about 100*c add duck, cook about 3 minutes and wash duck with cold( ice) water and dry duck. Cut duck into the appropriate pieces

Marinating duck with spring shallots, salt, sugar in 10 minutes. Fry the duck in hot pan in 5 minutes and add beers to pan . Steam about 20 minutes or more up to the meat tenderness you prefer. Add a half of teaspoon ginger. Cook 2 minutes.
ポイント

You should throw duck head and ass away because the duck ass smell badly and you can't eat head duck
