Soak the soybeans in water overnight; this will softens the soybeans and make them easier to blend.

Rinse, drain, and discard the water to remove any dirt.

Soak the soybeans in water to peel the skin. By robbing the soybeans in between your fingers, all the skin will float to the top and can easily skinned off.

In a blender or food processor along with slice ginger and 2 cups of water, blend until the mixture is smooth.

In a big bowl with cheesecloth, strain the blended soybeans.

Add the filtered soymilk in a pot, place it on fire on medium heat, and bring it to boil while cooks. Keep stirring it.

After 15-20 minutes, remove the soy milk from the heat; it's now ready to served hot or chilled.
ポイント

-When the Soymilk is boiling, keep stirring constantly because the milk at the bottom of the pot can get burn easily.

-When the soy milk cools, a layer of beans curd will form on the surfaces of the soy milk. Use spoon to lift it and set it aside.
