mushroom and shrimp pancake;)

レシピ
材料・調味料 (3 人分)
Whole wheat flour
300g
Fresh creme
15oz
Eggs
2~3
Milk
30ml
Mushrooms
300g
Shrimps
A few
Onion
Half of one
Spinach
A little
Peas
A little
Salt
Black pepper
Soy sauce
Dill
Butter and olive oil
作り方

Make the infill first!
Put some olive oil into your pan, and fry the onion first, then put mushrooms and shrimps in order
Add salt, black pepper and a little soy sauce
Then put spinach(chopped) and peas at last
Move into a plate and add some dill

Make the cover pancakes!
Put a little butter or olive oil into your pan, higher heat till it warm, then turn to middle fire
Put the mixture of flour, fresh creme, eggs, milk and a little salt into the pan

Put the infill when the second side of the pancake 60% cooked, then roll the four sides up
Turn your cooker into middle- to- low heat, and turn the pancake upside and down again

Cook till the both sides of pancake 90% cooked then turn the cooker down
Use the heat left to make the main side cracker!
Finished! And serve!
