Chickpea, avocado and tomato wrap 🌯

Mash the chickpeas and add turmeric, paprika, lemon juice and agave syrup

Cut the avocado and tomato into small pieces

Put the mashed chickpeas, the avocado (add balsamic vinegar and sesame seeds on it) and then add the tomato on the tortilla wrap.

Finally, grill the wrap on a non stick pan.
