Tatars tea with Crimean honey baklava;)

Water
300ml
Butter
25g
Milk
300ml
Salt
2pinches
Black tea
1g

Boil water, add tea. Again to a boil.

Pour the milk and cook for five min.

Add salt to taste, remove from heat.

Pour into bowls, each set on a small piece of butter and immediately serve tea to the table.
ポイント

Tatars tea is different from the usual tea with milk so that at the end when serving it to the table we add butter and salt. Agree it's unusual!
On the plate, it turns out a kind of drink with a rich milky creamy taste. Poured tea into small bowls or cups, it is ideal to serve with sweet oriental delights.
