in other bowl, put Tapioca flour + all purpose flour+ salt, mix them well, then little by little add the mixture of boiling water with garlic till the flour become dough.

take small small amount, and make it into small ball. (do until the dough all finish)

in the big pan, bring enough water and let to be boiled, add little bit of cooking oil ( around 2.tbsp), after the water boiling, put all the small ball into it, let it boiled until is cook. (when it's cook, they will floats on the top), strained it

in non sticky Teflon, melt the butter, add 2 finely chopped garlic, saute them till smells fragrance, add the honey, sweet soy sauce, hot sauce, sriracha sauce and chili powder, mix well, cook on low fire until sauce done.
