和風ポーボーイ/Japanese style po' boy

I am always interested at making this fried oyster sandwich roll from US,but since I was successful making seaweed bread,I thought I will make a Japanese version with the Japanese ingredients at home.
Composed with seaweed bread(あおさパン),fry oyster(カキフライ),shredded cabbage (千切りキャベツ),ginger and shichim
shichimi mayo(生姜七味マヨ),pickled cucumber(きゅうり醤油漬け).With this combination I don't think I need to explain how tasty this is.

For non oyster eater,I strongly recommend fish to replace,like たら,鮭,鯖,made into burger too.

ほんとに活躍して、アオサも私たちも喜んでます。アオサはまさに今がシーズン。つい先日は、海苔の原料にするためのアオサの初競りが行われたばかりです。
マヨネーズもピクルスも和風で、リックオリジナルの「海のバゲットサンド」ですね♡♡

pickles,I really enjoyed this so much,sometimes I copy other people food,I am glad to call this my original,I have been planning this 海のバゲットサンド(love the name!)for awhile!I ran out of aosa bread this time,otherwise I think it would be good with a smoke salmon and cream cheese sandwich too!

already threw away the packing when I wrote this,I didn't know the name so I just wrote きゅうり醤油漬け,but I checked internet,it must have been キューちゃん!

You see I watch a lot of American TV food show and this fried oyster sandwich appears in them very often,always want to find out how it tastes anyway,but with the あおさ bread,I thought I could do a Japanese version
instead,that way I could also try your 生七味 too!I couldn't complain about this sandwich,it was as good as expected,but I have to say thanks to you,you picked an awesome product for me,the mayo itself was so tasty,love the intense aroma this 生七味gives,but not too spicy for me,I really prefer it than ot
other 七味粉 now!So congrats to 桃屋too,I am a fan!Romi,I know you don't bake much,so if you want to make this,store bought bread roll(even soft one)is good enough,may be adding あおさin the mayo and the flavors are complete!Enjoy!

You don't need to be conscious about my allergen foods.I know you love oyster since I met you,my big happiness is seeing you enjoying your fave dishes. So please show me your new oyster dishes too!
