- mix the sugar and water together and bring it to cook. add thyme.

- add the walnuts and stir until the sugar mixture begins to caramelize. if all nuts are covered with caramel, spread them out in a baking sheet and let them cool.

- place the sugar and thyme covered nuts seperately on a baking sheet and let them cool.
ポイント
be careful, the sugar mixture can be very hot!
place the caramelized nuts seperately on the baking sheet, otherwise they're going to stick together.
