Caribbean Mousse de coco con salsa de mango🇻🇪

Coconut milk
1.5cup
Milk
1.5cup
Heavy cream
1cup
Gelatin
8g
Water
50cc
Sugar
60g
Mango sauce:
Mango
250g (50g for garnish)
Juice of lemon
2tbs
Brown sugar

作り方

Heat up the mix of milk and sugar to 60C. Put gelatin into water and add this to the heated milk. Mix it well and add coconut milk. Cool off the mix in ice water to 25C, and add fresh cream and mix well. Pour in container and put in a refrigerator for a few hours. Pour mango sauce over with some mango and serve.
