Tart dough: Melt the coconut oil. Add sugar and salt and mix well. Next add egg and mix well. Then add flour and almond powder and mix lightly. Put it in the refrigerator for 15min and spread the mix onto the oiled tart mold. Keep it in the refrigerator for minimum 1 hour.

Filling: Make the cream cheese soft in advance. Add the sugar and make it creamy and mix Sake kasu well bit by bit. Add fresh cream and mix. Put lemon juice and stirred eggs, and mix them. Then add flour, and mix lightly. Pour the mix into the tart and bake it for 60-70min. at 160C. After cool off put it in the refrigerator over night.
