Caramel Choco Fudge with Baileys

材料・調味料 (9 人分)
Condensed milk
1 can (375g)
Palm sugar
250g
Butter(salted/unsalted up2u)
100gr
Corn syrup
2 tbsp
Dark chocolate
150gr
Bailey's liquor
As needed
作り方

Combined the condensed milk, butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a large sauce pan

Stir everything in low-medium heat until the sugar is dissolve and everything is evenly combined

When the sugar is dissolved, turn up the heat a little and stir constantly until the mixture became caramelized, then put off the heat

Pour in the chocolate and baileys, untill evenly combined, you have to do this while the caramel mixture is still hot

After everything is combined, pour the mixture on a greased mould or you can also cover the mould with non-stick paper, then put in the fridge for an hour

After and hour you can cut it to shapes or if you're using a small shaped mould you can eat them straight, enjoy!
ポイント

Make sure to quiclly stir in the dark choco and bailey's before the mixture hardened :)

And don't put too many bailey's to make sure the consistency of the mixture won't change
