Celery root and apple soup

Vegatarian dinner.Used the leftover celery root(セロリアック) for this.At the back is nagaimo sauté 長芋のソテー.
セロリアック?どんな野菜でしょうか?

I also use this vegetable with my scallop and chorizo dish.It's celery root,celeriac,セロリルート,セロリの根,セロリアック,it's all the same,the root of the celery that we eat,it's very aromatic and if you like celery,you will like this too!More p
popular in Europe and US,but in Asia,we have to go to bigger supermarket for this.Yukari San used this before,so I think it's available in Japan.

s celery root(セロリルート),very aromatic root vegetable of the celery we eat often,in HK this is only available in bigger supermarkets,I think the same in Japan too(Yukari San said),but if you see them,please try,it goes very well with apple in a soup.Thank you for the resnaps,And sorry I didn't leave yo

Thank you for liking my soup,I rarely order soup when I eat out,but I love making them,and they are good for using up leftover too!
This soup is so aromatic made with celery root,and I added some apple for sweetness,I also sauté some diced ones for garnish,give it a nice balance and brighten the sou
soup more.I did enjoy this and I hope you find this soon,it's real good for cold winter over there!

Thank you のっちゃん,makes me happy hearing your comment,just trying to make soup more interesting.But I would like to introduce something to you,it's celery root,also known as celeriac,セロリのルート(根),セロリアック.It's simply the root of the celery we eat often,quite big and round,and it's very aromatic, even more
than celery itself.European and American eat this a lot,but I think it's harder to find in Japan.In this soup it goes very well with apple.And I didn't use celery and celery leaf at all.
