Plain yogurt

In a large sauce pan, add 1 cup of milk and water. Whisk it well until it dissolves. Add the remaining the remaining 2 cups of water.

Heat the milk over medium heat. Keep stirring constantly until it starts forming. Before it gets to a boil take it down and allow it to cool.

Add 3 tablespoons of yogurt to it and whisk it well to make the mixture smooth.

Pour the milk into a clean container, cover, and wrap it with a towel to keep it warm. Keep it in a very warm place for 10–12 hours until it thickens.

ポイント

For the yogurt to set the milk need to be hotter than room temperature.
