Really no big deal,I promise you what I do here are all pretty simple,sometimes just adding slightly unusual things.From what I can see,you have lots of awesome cooking ideas too,great combinations,and always perfect execution!
Granita is coarser than sherbet and usually sweet,but I thought it would be fun doing cucumber one for appetizer,I love icy things for summer...

It's cucumber granita,which is an ice actually,like sorbet but coarser.I just blend cucumber,wasabi,shiso and lime juice together,then leave in freezer to be frozen,scrape with a folk occasionally,it's quite easy,you could also use sudachi instead of lime.Great with まくろ!

Thank you,but I guess it's not exactly 2015-new idea of granita on a savoury dish,just like icecream and jelly,it has been done before...It does work well with dishes like this,very refreshing for summer indeed,the combination could do no wrong with tuna.Please try too,I am sure you have lots of great idea with savoury granitas,it's kind of your style too!
I am worst than you,I find it hard to cook/entertain for more than one person.The second cup/dish is my second helping,apart from that,the reason it's being there is merely a photographic one,nothing more....now you could feel sad for me...

I am still ignorant about Japanese culture,and sometime very confusing about how to call people,but I am glad we could save the trouble and call ourselves just the names from now,I think it's a good start if we treat ourselves as real friends!
