Can't figure out the white thing, may be cheese?
I am really happy it turned out so well😊
Yes,I used canned chickpeas ,avocado, tahini, olive oil & lemon juice,a dash of cumin powder, salt n pepper...
I boiled the chickpeas first , that's why it turned out so smooth?
You're right again, the white thing is homemade ricotta cheese 😅I made some for my morning toast...I thought it would look nice with the greenish avocado.
Thanks again Rick,I remember when I only look in awe at your yummy foodies, served in beautiful dishes 😊
With your encouragement I learned I can make something too(not as good as yours though!)
I think everything is spot on with this, cumin is a nice touch too!
Middle eastern people would remove the skin of chickpeas to make this ultra smooth,I tried them before, and it's so luscious and creamy. They have a way doing it quickly, but that's really up to you, hummus is good enough with the skin on anyway!
Wow homemade ricotta too, that's so wonderful,I have yet to try!
And it's the perfect thing to go with the hummus too, great work!
yes,it goes well with hummus...the truth is I add a lot more while eating it,I love the texture variation I guess 😊
