in boiling water add chopped spinach after blanching it add the spinach to ice water, to refresh the spinach, along with dhaniya leaves. puree the spinach and dhaniya leaves

in a kadai ads oil add jeera after the jeera splutters add chillies and garlic. saute the garlic till it turns golden brown add the masala powders and let it cook . when fully cooked add the spinach puree cook for a minute.

before turning off the gas add the chopped paneer
