Egg drop soup with chicken

作り方

- Add green chilies, onions, lettuce and garlic to oiled pan

- Add chicken and other veggies you like

- Add water and bring to boil

- Add sesame oil and salt/ pepper to taste

- Pour eggs (2-3) in slowly to water on sim.

- Garnish with spring onions
ポイント
Pour eggs slowly after whisking them in a bowl. Do not pour in while the water is boiling
