Pork chops with walnuts, cranberries and blue cheese🇺🇦

Pork Tenderloin
750g(6pc)
Walnuts
70g
Dried cranberries
100g
Blue cheese
120g
Veg oil
4tbs
Salt and pepper

In a bowl, combine the chopped cranberries, nuts and cheese, mix to homogeneity.

Wash meat and dry them, cut across the grain at 6 chops (slices). Clutching the meat with one hand, within each make an incision with a sharp knife.

Fill the pockets, evenly distributing filling and leveling surface.

The bottom head pan cover with a thin layer of oil, dry meat with pepper towels. Fry meat for 2min on each side until golden brown, and then another 4-5 min, turning every minute. At the end add salt and pepper (moderately, as the filling has a very distinct taste).

Leave fried meat chops in preheated 100C oven until the cook the rest.
Serve with your favorite side dish, perfectly suited coleslaw.
