The bottom head pan cover with a thin layer of oil, dry meat with pepper towels. Fry meat for 2min on each side until golden brown, and then another 4-5 min, turning every minute. At the end add salt and pepper (moderately, as the filling has a very distinct taste).

Leave fried meat chops in preheated 100C oven until the cook the rest. Serve with your favorite side dish, perfectly suited coleslaw.
