Tarte Pop Colonel

Sweet pastry tart with lime vanilla mousse, decorated with Vodka lime jelly n white chocolate. It's patisserie with alcohol!

All combinations are so good,vodka lime jelly,lime and vanilla mousse,in fact I think citrus fruits,especially orange and lemon work really well with vanilla too.I really want a piece of this!!Also have to say you look so cool in your new black and white profile photo,along with those Nutella too,g

To: rikk i love citrus added in pastry stuffs too. Yes, lime zest and juice go very well with vanilla mousse but, i think i put lil too much vodka in jelly. The alcohol smell too strong lol. Wish u could enjoy it as i did ;)
