Mini chicken sausage rolls

2pm to 6pm. 4hrs of kneading and proofing before I get here. Bread making is no joke. Tougher than baking cakes. But it is therapeutic and fun. I am always happy/ excited to see the end product and happier when I see people enjoying my fruits of labour. ☺️
