Beat eggs, sugar, emulsifier until thick using a mixer on high speed for 10 minutes.

Enter the milk and flour alternately at low speed.

Make two dough, 1/4 part is given pasta, ¾ part leave it white.

Prepare a steamed sponge mold, cover it with a paper cup. Pour the mixture alternately, white-pink-white-pink until full.
