Glutinous Rice - Loh Mai Kai

Soak glutonious rice overnight or at least 6 hours: 2 cups rice makes 6pcs

Mushroom marinate (marinate 1 hour):
Salt, pepper, sesame oil, sugar, mushroom powder enhancer, vegetarian oyster sauce, thick black sauce and soya sauce

Add oil to pan then stir fry mushroom & drained glutonious rice together. Add salt, soya sauce, five spice powder, sweet sauce and sesame oil to taste.

Add half a slice of vegetarian ham and vegetarian stewed mutton to bottom of pocket aluminium foil bowl. Then add stir fried ingredients into bowl and press. Add water to bowl level & steam. Sprinkle water from time to time.
