smoked pig's ear salad

Just something that I like.

豚の耳！沖縄でミミガーというやつですね。見た目はベーコンみたい(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
食べたことありませんが…
ミミガーさえ、なんだかおしゃれですね。

What kind of dressing did you use?

Haha,I have seen whole smoked pig head from Okinawa too,I never tried but I am sure I will like it!I agree it look like bacon,but this has a sticky texture,I love this part of the pig and I hope more people do too!Thank you!

It's been awhile since I made this,I think it a lemon,caper and parsley dressing.
