Beer

Self raising flour

Heat deep fry oil in a wok

Beat egg and beer together, then add flour and stir a little. The batter should be lumpy.

Dip a little of batter into a medium heat deep fry wok, if the batter go in the middle depth of the oil and float to the top, then the oil is ready to deep fry
