It looks pretty delicious😋! I love grilled eels, and I think they are Japanese traditional food. I also like grilled eels with pickled cucumber or Uzaku.

Hello how are you? That grilled eel was sweet and fragrant, and had a plenty of umami. BTW, I've never heard of a dish called Uzaku. How do you season grilled eel and cucumber? With ponzu sauce, cocktail sauce, vinaigrette?

Uzaku is a combination of vinegared cucumber and eel kabayaki. I also like Umaki. It is grilled eels in Tamagoyaki. Both are popular in Unagi restaurants. If you have a chance, try them. I bet you can like it!
