mix all Ingredient except butter and roll oats Mix dough of 3 mins at low speed Add in butter gradually and increase speed to medium for 5 mins Check window pane for dough Add in roll oats at low speed for 1 min Once dough ready leave it for 1st bulk fermentation in an oiled container with cover for 1 hour Stretch and fold 2 times for subsequent hour Pre shape and rest 20 mins Shape and proof for another 45-1 hour Preheat oven for half an hour Mist oven and bake for 240 deg for 1st 10 mins Lower heat to 220 deg and bake 25-40 mins or until baked
