鹹魚肉菘蓮藕餅

Glad to know Yamada San likes our Chinese delicacy,鹹魚(salt fish),here is another dish made with it,chopped up this time.The other ingredients used:lotus root(grated),minced pork,coriander,dried shiitake,(レンコン(おろし)、豚挽き肉、コリアンダー、干し椎茸)and seasoning,the starch I used was sweet potato flour(番薯粉),but I think 片栗粉 also good.

I grated the lotus root quite finely for this dish,and the proportion of lotus root,pork and salt fish is around 4:3:1,in weight.
But even in Hong Kong,Many places do this differently,everyone has their own style.I am sure you could make something good from your judgement!Good luck!
