Beef and Vegetable Broth

Beef Bones
400g
Turnips
3
Celery
3
Cabbage
1/4
Beef Stock
2 tbsp
YIAH Meze Dip Mix
1 tbsp
Water to cover
作り方

Place beef, turnip, celery and cabbage in pot and cover with water. Bring to boil.

Simmer until vegetables are soft.

Strain into another pot and transfer turnip. Smash turnip with potatoe masher.

Add beef stock powder and Meze Dip Mix and simmer for a couple of minutes.
